ESC has established a training program that is focused and effective. We rely on training programs that are developed and implemented both in-house and from external sources such as the IPC and SMTA. Among the most important of these is certification and re-certification in such areas as solderability and machine operating, enabling employees to improve and heighten their skills.
Our training covers all essential technical and manufacturing training needs. We also provide training in customer service, communication, problem solving, meeting skills, cost analysis, leadership, empowerment, team building, safety, computer skills and more. Our training programs are built on the principles of Total Customer Satisfaction.
