Summary:

 

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician-Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT Department and service organization in Van Nuys, CA. This company provides electronic manufacturing services to the military, commercial and medical markets. As an employee you will be on the front lines of the company to their clients. You will have the opportunity to work with many different types of regulated businesses segments and will be an integral part of our team and the clients we serve.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2003-2019 deployment and administration
  • Good Knowledge of cloud applications, O365, Azure, and MS Active Directory
  • Experience with Google services, Windows XP/7 10, and MS Office 
  • Workstation experience
  • Virtualization, specifically Hyper-V
  • Good knowledge of VPNs/LAN/WAN, Firewalls and Routers configuration
  • Good understanding of Cat 6 Network Wiring (Cutting and Splicing)
  • PC support and configuration
  • Provide technical support by identifying issues, researching solutions and resolving matters involving computer systems, software & hardware

Position Requirements:

  • Must be a US person 
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience providing end user support
  • Provide excellent customer service both onsite and remote
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (MCSE or MCSA or MCTS Windows Server, ITIL)
  • Knowledge of Freshdesk ticketing system or similar is a plus

Summary:

 

This role requires the use of computer systems for the storage and retrieval of customer furnished and internal documentation.  In this position, the Configuration Control Specialist will work with systems and procedures for the safeguarding of documentation and control of the revision configuration.  Also, follow and create procedures to develop appropriate means for loading various customer’s requirements into the ESC ERP database.

 

The individual will also work closely with Program Managers to assist them with properly controlling customer part file configurations and prevent those files from unauthorized changes.  


Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with the document configuration control system, facilitating the revision control and retrieval of documents necessary for producing electronic products for ESC’s customers.  
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with good documentation practices (GDP), ISO 13485, AS9100, and NADCAP requirements. 
  • Work with Program Managers and ERP Manager to create ESC BOMs to provide internal configuration control of customer’s requirements.
  • Maintain the revision control process requiring review by multifunctional groups (ECO)
  • Provide input on solving issues with the development of the configuration system, including possible software solutions to improve department throughput.
  • Work with Management to identify resource needs to support the Configuration management process.

This role applies the disciplines and profession of Manufacturing Engineering concepts to optimize processes, and create work instruction to achieve process repeatability, efficiency, and quality products.  In this position, the Manufacturing Engineer must develop appropriate procedures and processes that comply with various industry and customer requirements.  

 

The individual will support production line. He/she must be able to work safely and independently, within specific time constraints, and stay on task while under minimal supervision.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and maintain manufacturing and quality processes suitable for critical applications in a high demanding environment, Including Manufacturing Process Instructions, Quality System Instructions
  • Develop and maintain robust work instruction in compliance with best practices, ISO 13485 and AS9100. 
  • Implement and control technical results of equipment including provided IQ reports on new equipment
  • Define and set up necessary production process to yield high quality and repeatability
  • Drive and lead by example continuous improvements
  • Perform DFM and DFT
  • Work closely with team members. 
  • Complete reports neatly and accurately on all required forms and records as directed. 
  • Perform all work assignments in accordance with proper safety procedures

This role applies the disciplines and profession of Quality Assurance concepts to optimize processes, and achieve process repeatability, efficiency, and quality products.  In this position, the Quality Engineer must develop appropriate procedures and processes that comply with agency regulations, as well as industry and customer requirements.  The Quality Engineer needs to have the ability to understand customer’s requirements, develop tools and/or recommend proper tools, equipment or procedures to assure compliance.  

 

The individual will also support QC inspection. The QE must be able to work safely and independently, within specific time constraints, and stay on task while under minimal supervision.


Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform audits of Quality Management System.  Work with interdepartmental teams to establish and train in-house auditors.
  • Participate in external audits of the ESC quality system. 
  • Assist QC inspection lead and inspectors with interpretation and application of acceptance criteria.
  • Support customer source inspection activities.
  • Creating meaningful corrective and preventive actions that improve systems.
  • Maintain SCAR, CAR, ICAR activities and records.
  • Develop and maintain robust procedures in compliance with best practices, ISO 13485, NADCAP and AS9100. 
  • Drive and lead by example, continuous improvements.
  • Review and train others on AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
  • Complete reports neatly and accurately on all required forms and records as directed. 
  • Perform all work assignments in accordance with proper safety procedures

Summary:

The Sr. technician is responsible for understanding each customer’s functional test procedures, and the operational aspects of the assemblies being tested. In the event of test failures, the technician is able to troubleshoot circuits and identify rework required to achieve functionality in a fast past environment. The tech can clearly communicate with customers, as well as with other employees to provide them with guidance and training.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Primary test station operator for complex electronic assemblies.
  • Interface with customers when launching new product test stations.
  • Troubleshooting and rectification of test failures with and without a schematic.
  • Training test technicians to specific test procedures.
  • Compiling data on First Pass yield (FPY), defect rates and trend analysis. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum of A.S. in Electronics Technology and 5 years’ experience in an electronics testing / troubleshooting environment.
  • BS in electronics / electrical engineering a plus.
  • Proficiency with digital meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for hardware and software circuit fault analysis.
  • Ability to read electronic schematic diagrams.
  • ITAR Requirements:  Applicant must be a lawful US person.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications: 

  • Good problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.

Position: Preventive Maintenance Technician – Entry Level

Position Description:

The right candidate will have a knowledge of equipment experience, maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment. 

Ideally, the right candidate will have hands on experience and knowledge with electronic PCB board assembly equipment.  For example; DEK Printers, My Data NPI, Fuji CP-4, Fuji CP-7, Hi-Speed Chip-shooter high-speed chip placement machines, conveyors, in-line cleaners, and multiple zone ovens.

The individual will troubleshoot and provide immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitate changeovers. She/he must be able to work safely and independently, within specific time constraints, and stay on task while under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, install, inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust equipment throughout the plant
• Maintain equipment and clean debris, parts, and tools from work area upon completion of repairs or lubrications regardless of where the work assignments are performed
• Work closely with team members when making changeovers to production equipment
• Perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Make pneumatic repairs on all production machinery as assigned
• Make out reports neatly and accurately on all required forms and records as directed
• Perform all work assignments in accordance with proper safety procedures
• Comply with federal and state hazardous waste regulation including proper handling, storing, labeling, and familiarity with Emergency Action Procedures in the event of a spill or leak

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with production line start ups and shut downs.   
• Able to speak, read and write in English. (A plus for; Bi-lingual, with command of Spanish language speak, read, write, and listen/communicate)
• Able to apply basic math
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment/consultant, drug screening and physical exam.
• Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness
• Dependable and work well with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented
• Basic Computer skills
