Integrity defines the way we interact with our customers, employees and suppliers

Manufacturing Excellence Every Day

Our strength is found in everyone who works under the ESC name.

Our employees enjoy working with one another and take pride in delivering the best possible service to our customers. In fact, most of our employees have been with us for many years and embrace the challenges of the fast paced environment that working in contract manufacturing presents.

We provide our people an environment where management cares, not only about its customers, but also its employees. ESC offers a competitive benefits package as well as a company-wide Gain-Sharing Bonus Program that is tied to Customer Satisfaction and is paid monthly.

ESC has established a training program that is focused and effective. We rely on training programs that are developed and implemented both in-house and from external sources such as the IPC and SMTA. Among the most important of these is certification and re-certification in such areas as solderability and machine operating, enabling employees to improve and heighten their skills.

Our training covers all essential technical and manufacturing training needs. We also provide training in customer service, communication, problem solving, meeting skills, cost analysis, leadership, empowerment, team building, safety, computer skills and more. Our training programs are built on the principles of Total Customer Satisfaction.

ESC is an Equal Opportunity Employment for all persons. We prohibit discrimination in employment practices, compensation practices, personnel procedures, and the administration of benefit plans and other programs due to race, color, religion, sex, age, veteran status, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin. Affirmative Action programs ensure that each and every employee is allowed to compete on an equal basis. ESC management does not tolerate discrimination in any form nor do we allow sexual harassment in the workplace.
